The protagonist of today’s post is an entrepreneur woman whom I had the pleasure to meet a few years ago at the University of Deusto. The project she then presented to me with Amaia Agirre, which I have already talked about on another occasion, fascinated me. This week I’ve been in some acts that have reminded me how important the entrepreneurial spirit is in our day to day to move forward, to change if necessary, to achieve what we want, to make a difference and to make our dreams come true.
That’s why today I bring you some thoughts about the so-called entrepreneurial spirit and what it helps us to achieve, if we “put our foot into it”.
Have you ever thought about what the entrepreneurial spirit is?
I admit that it is the first time that I think carefully on it. But it is not the first time I refer to it when I talk about entrepreneurship and the person, indeed.
The fact is that this weekend I started thinking about how we could define the so-called entrepreneurial spirit, which, I assure you, is something fundamental for the entrepreneur. Will you accompany me?
Do you know what Napoleon Hill said?

Napoleon Hill said that it is literally true that you can succeed better and faster by helping others to succeed. I’m not 100% sure that that was what the MET Community founder, Yanire Braña, thought when, a few years ago, she decided to create this organization. But I don’t think I’m wrong if I say that she probably agrees with me if, in addition, I tell her that success for me is the progressive realization of a dream. Some days ago I received a message on my WhatsApp EmakumeEkin that caught my eye and that I answered immediately. It was about making children and adults happy.
