La galga menta

This past weekend (March 5-7, 2021) a special market was held to celebrate the 8th of March (La Bernarda, urban festival). Although my idea was to go on Saturday, it was not possible for me to visit so many E.P. that I knew were getting together at Zawp until Sunday. I think that it is wonderful to surround yourself with people with so much art and, especially, to feel loved by them.

Today, apart from introducing to you a few of them, I’m going to focus a little more on some of them, of which I have not yet spoken to you in detail. Would you like to know about these entrepreneurial women? Go ahead.

The 50 magnificent

First of all, happy new year 2021 to everyone who is reading this post and to those who don’t, of course. Especially, thank you for being there one more year and for supporting this project about entrepreneurship and E.P. Today I start the year by writing about a woman, because I think it’s the right thing to do and because, honestly, I feel like it and I want to. This is another E.P. who deserves this post. I encourage you to know more about María Jesús Pérez Ladrón. (more…)

The ZAWP terminal

I want to dedicate the last post of 2020 to, of course, the great protagonists of this blog who, as you know, are the E.P., their projects and their entrepreneurial initiatives. So today, with permission from the thousands of E.P. who exist around the world, I’m going to focus on some I “found”, met, discovered and reconnected with last Sunday the 20th of December 2020 (beautiful date, right?), in the ZAWP in Bilbao. Other national or international “zawp” will come, but today, finally, it’s Bilbao’s turn.

I encourage you to keep reading, I promise not to take too much of your time. (more…)

Kekelis

We met in her workshop, part of her own house, and we were there for a while.

I couldn’t believe the conversation that took place in that space! Both unexpected and natural. And it’s that today’s protagonist “didn’t hold back” at talking to me. I am not going to tell you everything she told me, because that stays between us, or at least that’s what I understood.

The thing is that a few days ago, I met Miren or Kekelis, because it makes no difference, they are one and the same. Do you want to know who I’m talking about? You just have to keep reading.

Ekomodo, an example of circular and sustainable economy

I am back. This summer has been a very special and peculiar one. It allowed me to rest a little, read a little, observe a lot and make new friends, that kind of friends that leave their mark. The same one that the fact of saving plastic bottle caps a few years ago, more than a decade at least, left me. That’s why today’s post has to do with caps, but also with creativity, innovation, youth, circular economy, environment and the desire to change for the better.

Are you ready for it? Go ahead.
