These Easter holidays have been very special for me for many reasons. The truth is that I needed to rest and take a lot of strength and energy after a tough semester and, above all, after some weeks loaded with so much work (more than I expected), unexpected emotions (those that I personally don’t like) and exciting and irresistible projects, such as EIPTE or the organization of the VIII University Day of the Innovation and Quality. All this, together with the day to day, have made the beginning of the year harder than I thought, so, this time has been good for me to relax, think, re-think and make decisions. (more…)

Ngloba with María García: people, transformation and growth
The protagonist of today’s post is an entrepreneur woman whom I had the pleasure to meet a few years ago at the University of Deusto. The project she then presented to me with Amaia Agirre, which I have already talked about on another occasion, fascinated me. Today, our protagonist provides her services in another company, but her character, her potential and her entrepreneurial values go with her because they are part of her personality and her way of being. ALL IN ALL, THE 3 “H”. GET TO KNOW THEM WITH MET COMMUNITY

A few years ago Yanire Braña had a vision, with which she combined Woman, Entrepreneur and Technology (MET) (Mujer, Emprendimiento y Tecnología in Spanish). Since that moment several forums, workshops, meetings and mentoring sessions have been held under with the brand of “MET community”. The one event from last Saturday, the 5th of November 2016, will be difficult to forget for some people. It will mean different things for everyone: a new start, a “stop to take a breath”, an impulse or a showcase, a thank-you, a moment of “it was about time”, a day to remember hard beginnings of a beautiful entrepreneur adventure, a reunion, an expected encounter or a “I should have gone”. But the most important thing is that the best is yet to come and other similar experiences that, personally, I hope I’ll be able to live, will come.
