I met the protagonist of this post some years ago, around September of 2013, when he started taking part inthe last genertaion of Ekin-It 2014 together with a team of wonderful entrepreneurial people who day by day show us why some day they decided to invest their time in participating in a program that, in our protagonist’s words, achieved:
“To awaken the dream I knew I had, but I couldn’t find.”
7 years have passed since the two protagonists of today’s post were also protagonists of one of our coffee-break within the program Ingenio to awaken the entrepreneurial spirit. Why? What is that? What does it say? Or why not? These are some of the questions most parents (I include myself among those) have or have had to answer many times a day to our children during their first years of life. Why do these questions change or disappear when they (we) start getting old? Moreover, why do some of us have to use the extracurricular programs to “give back” to our children their own attitudes and skills?

This week I’ve been in some acts that have reminded me how important the entrepreneurial spirit is in our day to day to move forward, to change if necessary, to achieve what we want, to make a difference and to make our dreams come true.
That’s why today I bring you some thoughts about the so-called entrepreneurial spirit and what it helps us to achieve, if we “put our foot into it”.
I admit that it is the first time that I think carefully on it. But it is not the first time I refer to it when I talk about entrepreneurship and the person, indeed.
The fact is that this weekend I started thinking about how we could define the so-called entrepreneurial spirit, which, I assure you, is something fundamental for the entrepreneur. Will you accompany me?
